Description
A powerful strength exercise for the shoulder girdle, performed while standing
Instructions
Chest lift: Throw weights on your forearms. Elbows should be pressed against the body, fists at the chin, weights should be on the outside of the forearms. This is the "rack position". Bench press: With a powerful movement, squeeze the kettlebells vertically upwards. During the bench press, the hand is slightly turned palm forward. Fixation: At the top, the arms are fully straightened, the elbows are locked, and the shoulders are not raised to the ears. Lowering: Bring the kettlebells back to the chest position under control, without letting them just fall.
