Description

Instructions

1. Stand facing the upper block with your feet shoulder-width apart.
2. Grasp the handle (straight, V-shaped or rope-like) with a grip from above.
3. Press your elbows against your body and lean slightly forward.
4. As you exhale, straighten your arms down, fully contracting your triceps.
5. As you inhale, slowly bend your arms, bringing the handle back to chest level.
