Description
A variation of the extension due to the head, which further isolates the triceps, excluding leg assistance and body cheating.
Instructions
1. Kneel with your back to the upper block (you can put a mat under your knees).
2. Attach the rope handle, grasp it and take the starting position: the body is vertical, the arms are bent, the handle is behind the head.
3. As you exhale, straighten your arms in front of you, fully contracting your triceps.
4. As you inhale, slowly return the handle behind your head.
