Description
A challenging bodyweight exercise to develop leg strength, balance, and mobility. It engages all the muscles of the leg.
Instructions
1. Stand up straight, raise one leg forward.
2. Slowly squat on the supporting leg, extending the other leg in front of you.
3. Lower yourself as low as possible, keeping your back straight.
4. Push off with your heel and return to the starting position.
