Description

Instructions

1. Sit on the Scott bench, rest the triceps of one hand on the pillow.
2. Take a dumbbell in this hand, palm facing up.
3. As you exhale, bend your arm, lifting the dumbbell to your chin.
4. As you inhale, slowly lower the dumbbell, fully straightening your arm to stretch.
