Description
An exercise for the development of the shoulder muscle (brachialis), which "pushes out" the biceps, and the shoulder muscle of the forearm.
Instructions
1. Stand or sit with dumbbells in a neutral grip (palms facing each other).
2. Elbows are pressed against the body.
3. As you exhale, bend your arms, lifting the dumbbells to your shoulders, without changing the position of your palms.
4. Slowly lower the dumbbells as you inhale.
