Description

Instructions

1. Stand up straight, dumbbells in your lowered hands with a hammer grip (palms facing each other).
2. As you exhale, bend your arms, lifting the dumbbells to your shoulders. The grip does not change.
3. Take a short pause at the top.
4. Slowly lower the dumbbells as you inhale.
