Description

An exercise to strengthen the muscles of the core, shoulders, chest and triceps. It is performed with a transition between an emphasis on the forearms and an emphasis on the palms, while maintaining a straight body line. Develops strength, body stability and improves movement control.

Instructions

Starting position: Stand in a high position with your palms under your shoulders and your legs straight. Keep your body in a straight line from head to heels. Tighten your abs and buttocks. Place your feet approximately the width of your pelvis. Accomplishment: Put your weight on one arm and bend it, lowering onto your forearm. Then lower yourself onto the forearm of the other hand. After that, straighten your arms one at a time and return to the high bar. Alternate the hand with which you start the movement. Keep your pelvis as still as possible throughout the exercise.
