"Stretching the shoulders behind the back" targets the Miƙa jiki muscle group, suitable for beginners. The main load falls on: Rear, Upper, Triceps, Lats. No equipment required.
Description
A set of exercises to increase the flexibility of the shoulder joints, open the chest and improve posture.
Instructions
"Lock" behind your back: Put one hand behind your head, the other from below behind your back, trying to connect your fingers into a lock.
Bringing your arms together: Stand up straight, lock your hands behind your back and slowly lift them up, bringing your shoulder blades together.
