Description
An isolating exercise for stretching and working out the upper bundles of the pectoral muscles.
Instructions
1. Set the bench at an angle of 30-45 degrees. Lie down with dumbbells.
2. In the starting position, the dumbbells are above the upper chest, palms facing each other.
3. As you inhale, spread the dumbbells to the sides and down, keeping a slight bend at the elbows.
4. As you exhale, bring the dumbbells together over your collarbones.
