Description
A variation of the bench press from the lower block, performed on an inclined bench to focus on the upper pectoral muscles.
Instructions
1. Place an inclined bench (30°) between the pillars of the crossover.
2. Grasp the D-handles of the lower blocks and lie down on the bench.
3. Starting position: arms apart, elbows slightly bent.
4. As you exhale, bring the handles together over the upper chest.
5. Return your arms to the starting position in a controlled manner.
