Description

An exercise that simulates pull-ups with a reverse grip. It allows you to work out the widest and biceps with adjustable weight.

Instructions

1. Sit in the simulator, locking your hips tightly with the rollers.
2. Grasp the handle with a reverse narrow grip.
3. With a slight deviation of the body back on exhalation, pull the handle to the top of the chest, bringing the shoulder blades together.
4. As you inhale, slowly and under control, return the weight up.
