Description

An isolating bicep exercise performed on Scott's bench (prayer bench). Eliminates cheating and maximizes the load on the long biceps head.

Instructions

1. Adjust the height of the bench seat and cushion so that the armpits are on its upper edge.
2. Place your hands on an inclined pillow, grab the barbell (EZ-bar is preferable) with a grip from below.
3. As you exhale, bend your arms powerfully, lifting the barbell.
4. Stay at the top for a second.
5. As you inhale, slowly lower the barbell, fully straightening your arms to maximize stretching.
