Description

Instructions

1. Stand up straight, dumbbells in lowered hands with a neutral grip (palms to hips).
2. As you exhale, bend your right arm, lifting the dumbbell to your left shoulder, while supinating your hand.
3. As you inhale, return the dumbbell along the same trajectory.
4. Repeat with your left hand to your right shoulder.
