Description

A functional exercise that combines classic push-ups with body rotation and lifting one arm up. It strengthens the pectoral muscles, shoulders, triceps and core muscles, as well as develops balance, coordination and mobility of the spine.

Instructions

Starting position: Stand in a high position with your palms slightly wider than your shoulders and your arms under your shoulders. Straighten your legs, put your feet on your toes. Keep your body in a straight line from head to heels. Tighten your abs and buttocks. Accomplishment: As you inhale, bend your arms and lower yourself down, as with a regular push-up. As you exhale, push off the floor and return to the bar. Put your weight on one arm and turn your body to the side. Raise your opposite arm up, opening your chest. Return to the plank position. Perform the next push-up and make a turn in the other direction. Alternate sides.

Warnings

❌ Perform shoulder rotation only, not including the body. ❌ Swing the pelvis. ❌ Lower back pain. ❌ Spread your elbows too wide when doing push-ups. ❌ Make a move abruptly and lose control.
