Description

A variation of the bench press performed on a bench with a positive tilt (head above legs). The emphasis shifts to the upper (clavicular) bundles of the pectoral muscles.

Instructions

1. Set the bench at an angle of 30-45 degrees.
2. Lie down, bring your shoulder blades together, and place your feet on the floor.
3. Remove the barbell and lower it to the level of the collarbones.
4. As you exhale, press the barbell upward along the trajectory to your chin.
