Description

An isolating exercise for the pectoral muscles, performed in a crossover or lower block. Provides a constant load over the entire amplitude.

Instructions

1. Attach the D-handles to the lower blocks of the crossover.
2. Stand between the posts, take a step forward to tighten the cables.
3. Tilt your body slightly forward, bend your elbows.
4. As you exhale, bring your arms together in front of you, as if hugging a large tree.
5. Slowly return to the starting position.
