Instructions

1. Stand facing the lower block, grasp the straight or EZ-handle with a grip from below.
2. Press your elbows against the body.
3. As you exhale, bend your arms, pulling the handle towards your shoulders.
4. As you inhale, slowly lower the handle, fully straightening your arms.
