Description

Exercise for the development of the shoulder radius (brachioradialis) and forearm muscles. The biceps works as an assistant.

Instructions

1. Stand up straight with your feet shoulder-width apart. Take the barbell with a reverse grip (palms facing you).
2. Elbows are pressed against the body.
3. As you exhale, bend your arms, lifting the barbell to your shoulders.
4. As you inhale, slowly and controllably lower the barbell down.
