Description

Instructions

1. Place your feet on a raised platform (bench, bedside table), hands on the floor.
2. Keep the body straight, do not sag in the lower back.
3. Lower yourself, bending your elbows, until your chest lightly touches the floor.
4. Squeeze upward, fully straightening your arms.
