Description
An isolating exercise for the lower pectoral muscles performed on a bench with a negative slope.
Instructions
1. Install a bench with a negative slope between the posts of the crossover.
2. Lock your legs securely and lie down. Take the handles of the lower blocks.
3. As you exhale, bring your arms together over the lower part of your chest.
4. At the peak point, pause for 1-2 seconds.
5. Slowly and under control, return to the starting position with a stretch.
