Description
A complex stretching or yoga exercise (often called the cross-legged lateral stretching pose or a variant of Parshva Tadasana) aimed at simultaneously opening the thoracic region, stretching the lateral muscles of the body and the back of the thighs.
Instructions
How to perform: Stand up straight, cross your legs (right in front of left or vice versa), raise your arms up, lock them together or grasp your left wrist with your right hand. As you exhale, lean towards the crossed leg, stretching your side.
