IQetics provides personalized fitness training programs, exercise instructions, and nutritional recommendations through a mobile app and accompanying website.
When creating an account, you must provide accurate and complete information. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials and for all actions performed using your account.
A paid subscription is required to access certain features. The subscription is automatically renewed if it has not been cancelled before the end of the billing period. Prices are subject to change subject to prior notice.
IQetics is not a substitute for professional medical advice. Consult your doctor before starting any exercise or nutrition program, especially if you have any medical conditions. You use the Service at your own risk.
All content, trademarks, and materials within the Service belong to IQetics or its licensors and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
IQetics is not responsible for any indirect, incidental or consequential damages resulting from your use of the Service, to the maximum extent permitted by law.
We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at our discretion, including in the event that you violate these Terms.
These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which IQetics operates, without regard to the principles of conflict of laws.
