• To use the service, you must create an account with up-to-date information.
• You are responsible for maintaining the security of your login information.
• Creating accounts on behalf of others without their consent is prohibited.
• One user — one account (unless otherwise provided by the plan).

4. Subscription and Payment

• The service offers free and paid plans.
• Paid subscriptions renew automatically until canceled.
• You can cancel your subscription in your account settings or through the app store.
• Refunds are issued in accordance with the Google Play / App Store policies.

5. Medical Disclaimer

IQetics is not a medical service. The content of the app is for informational purposes only and does not replace the advice of a doctor or professional trainer. We recommend consulting a specialist before starting any training program, especially if you have any illnesses or injuries.

6. Intellectual Property

All app materials (text, images, algorithms, design) are the property of IQetics and are protected by copyright. Copying, distribution, or modification without written permission is prohibited.

7. Prohibited Actions

When using the service, the following is prohibited:

• Violating the law or the rights of third parties.
• Attempts to hack, reverse engineer, or gain unauthorized access.
• Transferring account access to third parties for a fee.
• Posting inaccurate or misleading information.

8. Limitation of Liability

IQetics is not responsible for:

• Injuries or damage to health resulting from following the app's recommendations.
• Loss of data due to technical failures.
• Temporary unavailability of the service due to maintenance.

We reserve the right to block or delete an account for violation of these Terms without prior notice.
