Description

A basic exercise for developing the thickness and strength of the muscles of the middle of the back (diamond-shaped, trapezoidal), widest and posterior deltas.

Instructions

1. Take the barbell with a grip slightly wider than the shoulders. Tilt your body forward to parallel with the floor (or slightly higher), slightly bending your knees.
2. The back is straight, bent at the waist. The barbell is hanging at arm's length.
3. As you exhale, pull the barbell powerfully towards your lower abdomen/waist, bringing your shoulder blades together.
4. As you inhale, slowly lower the barbell to the starting position.
