Description
Dynamic cardio exercise, in which fast jumps are performed with maximum knees to the chest. The exercise develops endurance, explosive leg strength, coordination, and activates the muscles of the abs, buttocks, and thighs. Great for warming up, HIIT workouts, and increasing calorie consumption.
Instructions
Starting position: Stand up straight with your feet about the width of your pelvis. Bend your knees slightly. Keep your back straight, and tilt your body slightly forward. Bend your arms at the elbows and prepare for active work. Accomplishment: Push off with one foot from the floor and jump up. At the same time, lift the opposite knee as high as possible, trying to pull it up to the pelvic level or higher. They quickly landed on the front of the foot. Immediately perform a jump on the other leg, lifting the opposite knee. Alternate legs at a rhythmic pace. Work with your hands in time with the movement of your legs.
